  • There is an up charge from the base prices on the page for custom design work. Completely custom tumblers or mugs are +$5. Adding a name to a design is +$2 but is included in the price of a completely custom design.

  • ​Custom design work requires a $5 nonrefundable deposit per design. This is to account for the potential hours of work that I put in before ever actually making the product.

  • Be 100% sure of your design before approving a proof I've sent you. Once approved, your product is in production and the design can no longer be changed.

  • A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due before work begins. This covers the cost of my labor and materials in the event the order is cancelled. These are custom made items and there is no guarantee I can sell the item if it's not picked up.

  • Shipping costs are not included and vary depending on the items. Shipping is calculated at exact cost. I ship USPS Priority mail only. This protects both of us with tracking and insurance.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payments are accepted via Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp. For local pickups cash may be accepted but is not preferred.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the custom nature of these products, returns are generally not accepted.  Please contact me if you have an issue with your product and we can discuss a solution on a case-by-case basis.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Not specifically. It is possible for you to prepay an item for a friend or relative. Contact me directly for more information.
